Published pricing
SafeGuard Command Fleet Starter is $99 per month or $990 per year. SafeGuard Command Fleet Professional is $249 per month or $2,490 per year. Enterprise pricing is individually quoted.
Recurring billing
Paid subscriptions are charged in advance for the selected monthly or annual period and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Payment processor
SafeGuard Command Fleet intends to use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe for online subscription payments. Full card numbers and card security codes are not intended to be stored on SafeGuard Command Fleet application servers.
Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law. Tax treatment may depend on customer location, exemption status, and transaction type.
Past-due payments
If a recurring payment cannot be completed, SafeGuard Command Fleet may mark the subscription past due, request updated billing information, permit a limited grace period, retry payment through the provider, or eventually restrict access according to the subscription lifecycle.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges when completed before renewal. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable and not prorated. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Plan capacity
Plans may include limits for assets, active users, and uploaded file storage. Plan changes, additional storage, and Enterprise arrangements may be billed under the terms disclosed when the change is made.
