General rule
Except where required by law or expressly approved by SafeGuard Command, SafeGuard Command Fleet subscription fees are non-refundable, including fees for partially used monthly or annual periods.
Free trial
Eligible new organizations may use SafeGuard Command Fleet Professional for a 14-day evaluation without a payment card. No subscription fee is charged during that trial.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next monthly charge. Cancellation does not ordinarily produce a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current month.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance. Annual fees are generally non-refundable after payment and are not ordinarily prorated if the customer cancels before the end of the annual term.
When a refund may be considered
SafeGuard Command may issue a full or partial refund or account credit for a verified duplicate charge, an incorrect amount caused by a SafeGuard Command Fleet billing error, a payment taken after a properly completed cancellation should have prevented renewal, or any circumstance where a refund is required by applicable law.
A discretionary credit or refund may also be considered when a significant SafeGuard Command Fleet service failure materially prevented use of the paid service. Any such accommodation is reviewed case by case.
How to request review
Contact support@safeguardcommand.com and provide the organization name, billing contact, charge date, amount, and reason for the request.
Refund method
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method and payment provider. Processing time depends on the payment network and financial institution.
Enterprise agreements
Separately executed Enterprise, governmental, procurement, or other negotiated agreements may contain different cancellation or refund terms. The signed agreement controls where it conflicts with this policy.
