Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, organization details, user roles, authentication and security records, device and browser information, application usage information, and operational data customers choose to enter into SafeGuard Command Fleet.
Operational data may include asset records, inspections, defects, work orders, maintenance records, parts and inventory records, documents, photographs, attachments, notes, reports, and audit or activity history.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure SafeGuard Command Fleet, authenticate users, maintain organization separation, operate fleet workflows, provide support, maintain billing and subscription status, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
We do not sell customer data
SafeGuard Command does not sell or rent customer personal information or customer operational data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
We may disclose limited information to service providers that process data on our behalf when reasonably necessary to operate SafeGuard Command Fleet, including hosting, storage, email, monitoring, security, and payment-processing providers.
Payment information
When online billing is activated, payment transactions may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. SafeGuard Command Fleet is not intended to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on SafeGuard Command application servers.
Customer operational data
Customers retain ownership of operational information they submit to SafeGuard Command Fleet. Customers determine what information authorized users enter and are responsible for maintaining appropriate organization permissions.
Security
SafeGuard Command Fleet uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and operational information, including organization-scoped access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, logging, and other security controls.
Retention
Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide SafeGuard Command Fleet, maintain legitimate business and security records, satisfy contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law.
Cookies and browser storage
SafeGuard Command Fleet may use cookies or similar browser storage necessary for authentication, session security, preferences, and reliable operation.
Legal disclosures
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect users or SafeGuard Command Fleet, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Privacy requests
Authorized customer administrators may contact us regarding access, correction, export, retention, or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, contract, security, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
Children
SafeGuard Command Fleet is a business fleet-management service and is not directed to children under 13.
Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as SafeGuard Command Fleet evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
