TERMS

SafeGuard Command Fleet Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SafeGuard Command Fleet and any organization account created to use the service.

Effective August 19, 2026

The service

SafeGuard Command Fleet is subscription software for fleet operations, including asset management, inspections, defects, maintenance, work orders, parts and inventory, documents, reporting, and administration.

Organization accounts

The subscribing organization is responsible for its account, authorized users, role assignments, credentials, operational data, and use of SafeGuard Command Fleet.

Trials

Eligible new organizations may receive a 14-day Professional evaluation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no payment card is required for the trial.

Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the selected monthly or annual cycle. Published plan limits may include asset capacity, active-user capacity, and uploaded file-storage capacity.

Automatic renewal

When recurring billing is activated, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period unless canceled before renewal. By purchasing a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes the disclosed payment provider to charge the subscription amount and applicable taxes when due.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions through available billing controls or by contacting SafeGuard Command. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred. Paid access generally continues through the already-paid period unless law or a separate agreement requires otherwise.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time after cancellation. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, circumvent subscription or security controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, use SafeGuard Command Fleet unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.

Customer data

Customers retain ownership of operational data submitted to SafeGuard Command Fleet and grant SafeGuard Command the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that data to provide and secure the service.

SafeGuard Command Fleet intellectual property

SafeGuard Command Fleet software, design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the property of SafeGuard Command or its licensors.

Third-party services

SafeGuard Command Fleet may rely on third-party hosting, storage, email, monitoring, security, and payment-processing services. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Suspension and access restriction

SafeGuard Command may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect SafeGuard Command Fleet, address security threats, enforce subscription status, respond to unlawful or abusive use, or comply with law.

Service availability

SafeGuard Command Fleet may experience maintenance, outages, or interruptions. Unless a separate written service-level agreement applies, no specific uptime guarantee is created by these Terms.

Operational responsibility

SafeGuard Command Fleet is an operational management tool. It does not replace required inspections, professional judgment, manufacturer requirements, legal obligations, safety procedures, or regulatory compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeGuard Command will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or business arising from use of SafeGuard Command Fleet.
